This is the first cast iron grill pan crafted entirely in the U.S. in over fifty years. Perfectly designed for expertly grilling meats or vegetables, with extra deep grilling ribs that are machined and polished to a smooth surface for easy release. The handle is comprised of a polished stainless steel spring coil for a cool grip that comfortably fits the natural contours of your hand. A small lip handle was placed at the edge of the pan to allow for easy carrying and positioning. The square shape provides multiple pouring angles and makes it easier to slide a spatula under your food.
This pan will only improve with age and is built to be handed down through the generations. Pre-seasoned with organic flaxseed oil. Oven safe up to 500 degrees.
